1

Understand the problem we solve:

We offer a solution for people in USA looking to diversify and invest their hard-earned savings.

We provide an investment option that's easy to understand, with attractive medium-and long-term returns. We do this by strategically managing and investing your capital in U.S. stock market equities.

We're backed by 10 years of experience investing in financial markets!

2

Setting up YOUR personal account

You'll have your own account. Every client gets their own account, in their own name, with an american and international broker — that's where your money lives (we'll explain what a "broker" is in the next step). You have full and exclusive control over your account, your deposits, and your withdrawals.

At Rising Stock Fund, we never have access to withdraw money from your account (it's 100% yours). In fact, we couldn't even deposit money into it if we wanted to.

We use an "Advisor" account that allows us to connect (with your explicit permission) to your account. Our access is limited to deciding how to invest the capital you have in your account.

We'll walk you through the account setup process virtually. From your account, you can deposit and withdraw money and track your investment activity in real time through the IBKR Mobile app.

3

Understand where your money goes — Interactive Brokers

Your account, which is 100% yours, will be in your name (along with your money and any company shares you hold) at the world's most regulated and secure American broker, Interactive Brokers (IBKR). The broker acts as a financial intermediary to provide an extra layer of security for your capital.

📊

Interactive Brokers operates globally and is a huge company!

As a client, you open an account in your name with the broker, deposit the capital you want to invest, and we at Rising Stock Fund handle the hard part: investing that money for you and on your behalf — leveraging our expertise to deliver the best possible results.

4

Choose your investment horizon — A Medium and Long-Term Value Approach

If you want to get the best possible returns on your capital, the money you invest should be funds you don't need in the short term — money you can leave invested indefinitely. This allows your capital to benefit from compound interest and keep growing over time.

⏱️

We use time as an advantage for our clients to maximize their returns and chances of keep the same success we've been having.

Suggested investment period: 5 years (not mandatory)

Put your money to work for you.

5

Know that you can withdraw your money before the ideal term

Can you withdraw your money at any time before the 5 years are up?

  • Yes, you can withdraw your money whenever you want, even before the 5 years. That's another benefit of the account being entirely yours.
  • How do I withdraw my money?

  • To withdraw, we sell the investments in your account and within 2-3 business days the money arrives in your bank account.

IMPORTANT: Ideally, the money you invest should be money you can leave invested indefinitely. Since it's invested in stocks, if you withdraw too early, the market may be going through a correction at that time, which could lead to less-than-ideal results.

By keeping your money invested for the long term, you significantly reduce the chance of losses while increasing the likelihood of higher returns!

Fees:

Here, you profit first. Our earnings (from managing your investments at Rising Stock Funds) only come after delivering very positive results for each investor.

The fund's historical average return has been between +15% and +19% net annual (AFTER fees — meaning this is the ACTUAL profit clients have historically received).

Our goal is to deliver at least a +10% average net annual return to you as a client each year.

Fees:

1️⃣

1.35% annual fee on the average total capital for that year

2️⃣

Only if the 10% annual net return target is exceeded (that is, after deducting BOTH fees, the return must surpass that threshold), a 9% annual fee is charged ONLY on the profits generated that year. If the 10% net annual return for the client isn't surpassed, this fee is NOT charged.

7

How to deposit money into your account

There are two main options for depositing money into your account:

ACH

  • More expensive
  • Slower
8

Decide your investment amount — $2,000 USD or more

+$5,000 USD

This is the ideal minimum for greater investment flexibility

At Rising Stock Fund, we have all kinds of clients: from those who started with $2,000 USD USD, to those who invested larger amounts (+15,000 USD) from the start.

And across the board, everyone has seen great results!

Keep in mind: The larger your initial investment, the greater your earnings by the end of the suggested 5-year investment period.
